Agreement
The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Airport Minicabs Chislehurst. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Definitions
In this agreement, "Airport Minicabs Chislehurst," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
3.1 It is essential to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Airport Minicabs Chislehurst is not liable for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated pick-up time.
3.2 You are responsible for ordering a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Airport Minicabs Chislehurst does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.
3.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.
Prices & Payment
4.1 Our quotes are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust quotes in case of significant changes to the itinerary.
4.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Any waiting period beyond this will be charged at the standard Airport Minicabs Chislehurst waiting rate.
4.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Review the confirmation for accuracy, as Airport Minicabs Chislehurst is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from any inaccuracies if not promptly reported.
4.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
The Service
5.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted vehicles due to passenger behavior.
5.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.
5.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
5.4 Passenger capacity must not exceed licensing or insurance limits.
Cancellations
6.1 If you need to cancel a booking, contact us promptly. Cancellation charges apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, based on the driver's time and distance covered to the cancellation point.
6.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may incur charges.
Liability
7.1 While Airport Minicabs Chislehurst endeavors to ensure timely arrival, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
7.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
7.3 In case of a breakdown, we strive to provide an alternative car promptly.
7.4 You will not hold Airport Minicabs Chislehurst liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
7.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
9.1 Airport Minicabs Chislehurst may subcontract obligations under this agreement. You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights without written agreement.
9.2 We may modify terms and conditions at any time, and changes will be reflected on this page. Existing bookings will proceed at the rates in effect when the booking was made.
9.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
9.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Airport Minicabs Chislehurst and yourself.
9.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party, unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Airport Minicabs Chislehurst is not obligated to address claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
